thCBDx is an independent UK affiliate publisher. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the site or contact us.
Data we collect
The website may receive standard server logs including IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp for security and reliability. If you email us, we use the information you provide only to respond and retain it only as reasonably necessary. If you submit product feedback, we store the rating, selected themes, comment, product identifier, submission time and moderation status. Optional retailer, month-used, batch and verification-email fields are kept in protected storage to assess whether feedback relates to the exact product. Verification contact details are not published, and supplying them does not by itself establish a verified purchase. A one-way IP-derived value is used temporarily to limit repeated submissions and reduce abuse.
Your rights
Depending on applicable UK data-protection law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also object to certain processing or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
