CBD gummies labels explained: per gummy, pack totals and ingredients
Whole-pack milligrams can make two bags look alike even when the piece count and CBD per gummy differ. Compare the unit and the pack.

In a nutshell
- ✓ Separate CBD per gummy from total pack CBD
- ✓ Confirm piece count for the selected variant
- ✓ Check gelatine, sweeteners and allergens
- ✓ Keep confectionery storage and child safety visible
Reconcile the pack arithmetic
Multiply the stated CBD per gummy by the number of pieces. The result should broadly agree with the advertised pack total, allowing for stated manufacturing tolerances. If a listing gives only a pack total, it does not provide enough information to infer an exact amount per piece.
Variant selectors can change strength, count, flavour and price. Capture the selected option rather than combining facts from different variants.
Ingredients change the comparison
Gummies are food products as well as CBD formats. Sugar or sweeteners, gelatine or pectin, acids, colourings, flavourings and allergen statements affect dietary suitability. Vegan wording should be supported by the current ingredient list rather than assumed from product shape.
What scores should not measure
Taste evidence can support a flavour or texture assessment when it is attributable, but claims about sleep, pain, calm or another outcome should not be converted into product points. thCBDx compares clarity, format, value and evidence instead.

Is pack CBD the same as CBD per gummy?

Are all CBD gummies vegan?
