CBD capsules explained: per-capsule strength, counts and ingredients
Capsules are easy to count, but a clear comparison still needs the amount per capsule, pack count, total CBD and full ingredient list.

Build the pack total
Multiply CBD per capsule by capsule count to understand the stated total. A 30-capsule pack at 10mg each contains 300mg in total; a 60-capsule pack at 5mg each also contains 300mg but divides it differently. This is label arithmetic, not intake advice.
Look beyond the front label
Capsule shells may use gelatine or plant-derived materials, and the fill may contain carrier oils or other ingredients. Dietary claims need to agree with the current ingredient list and allergen information.
Use two value measures
Price per capsule shows the cost of each fixed unit. Price per 100mg makes CBD totals more comparable. Neither captures ingredient quality, evidence availability or whether the pack format is practical, so retain those fields in the final decision.
