CBD vape juice strength: mg, ml and concentration explained
CBD vape strength is easy to misread when a listing leads with the total milligrams in the bottle. A useful comparison needs total CBD and liquid volume together.

Total CBD is not concentration
A 3,000mg headline may look stronger than 1,500mg, but bottle volume determines the concentration. Divide the CBD total in milligrams by the liquid volume in millilitres. A 1,500mg 50ml liquid is 30mg/ml; a 500mg 10ml liquid is 50mg/ml. The smaller bottle contains less CBD overall but is more concentrated.
Variant selectors matter too. A product title may cover several strengths while the displayed price belongs only to the cheapest variant. Record the selected milligrams, volume and price before comparing it with another listing.
Worked CBD e-liquid examples
The same formula works across bottle sizes. It standardises a label without claiming how much vapour an individual inhales.

- 1,000mg ÷ 30ml = 33.3mg/ml
- 1,500mg ÷ 50ml = 30mg/ml
- 3,000mg ÷ 60ml = 50mg/ml
Why puffs are not a reliable unit
Draw length, power, coil, airflow and user behaviour vary, so a bottle concentration cannot be converted into an exact amount per puff from catalogue data alone. Manufacturer puff figures are estimates and are particularly inappropriate as a personalised intake target.
